It impacts family relationships, community support and can leave you feeling alone, frustrated and broken.
Navigating your faith transition can be challenging and lonely. We can work together to explore your emotions, your past beliefs and experiences and work together to build healthy skills, connect with you inner self and find a path forward that can bring you lasting happiness and joy.
Wendy has received training in working with people experiencing a faith journey, faith crisis or faith transition and is a member of the Mormon Mental Health Association which strives to provide culturally competent, researched-based and ethical services to those who wish to explore their religious beliefs within the context of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
As a former member of the LDS Church who has experienced a faith transition, Wendy has a deep understanding of the intricacies of the culture, theology and faith community.
